Description

Delicious and nutritious cottage cheese protein brownies that satisfy your sweet cravings without the guilt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • Chocolate chips (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a small ramekin with oil.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into the dish and top with chocolate chips.
  4. Microwave for 1.5-2 minutes until desired firmness. Enjoy!
