  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (42g)
  • ½ cup powdered sweetener (80g)
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (32g)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients:
    In a food processor or large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure everything is incorporated into a thick batter.

  2. Prepare Container:
    Grease a 5×5 inch container and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

  3. Fill Container:
    Pour the brownie batter into the prepared container and smooth the top.

  4. For Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the container with the brownie batter in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 19-22 minutes, checking for doneness around the 21-minute mark.

  5. For Oven:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the brownies on the middle shelf for 24-26 minutes.

  6. Cooling Time:
    Allow the brownies to cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set fully before cutting and serving.
