Ingredients
- ¾ cup cottage cheese (160g)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (42g)
- ½ cup powdered sweetener (80g)
- 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (32g)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Blend Ingredients:
In a food processor or large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure everything is incorporated into a thick batter. -
Prepare Container:
Grease a 5×5 inch container and line it with parchment paper for easy removal. -
Fill Container:
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared container and smooth the top. -
For Air Fryer:
Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the container with the brownie batter in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 19-22 minutes, checking for doneness around the 21-minute mark. -
For Oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the brownies on the middle shelf for 24-26 minutes. -
Cooling Time:
Allow the brownies to cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set fully before cutting and serving.
