Description

Easy, no-bake protein brownie balls made with almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa, nut butter, and honey. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ Cup Almond flour or almond meal
  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein, chocolate flavor
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp Almond butter or cashew or sunflower butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • ½ Cup Mini chocolate chips, Dark

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add together the almond flour, whey protein, cocoa powder, almond butter, honey, and water.
  2. Using a silicone spatula, mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Form the dough into 1 inch balls.
  4. Place the mini chocolate chips on a plate and roll the balls of dough into the chocolate chips.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined pan and chill until ready to eat. Place in a bowl and store in the fridge for a few minutes. These are also ready to serve right away.

Substitutes: Almond flour or coconut flour, any nut butter, honey, maple syrup, or any other sticky sweetener. Use your favorite protein powder. Dark chocolate chips or sugar-free.

Storage: Place leftovers in a container and store them in the fridge for up to 10 days. You can freeze for up to 3 months.
